Guided Tour of Breakers Villa
Welcome to Breakers Villa, an oceanfront villa nestled next to the sea with direct access to a semi-private beach. The moment you enter the front door you will be awestruck by the blue ocean views and sounds of the waves.

Breakers Villa Pool Deck Area
Breakers Villa is one of the most romantic villa's on the island as seen above during a moonlit night.
This photo shows how expansive the views are and how we keep the seagrape around the pool deck just high enough for privacy for our guests. Dining room pod and second master suite pod can be seen in the distance.
The size of the swimming pool is approximately 25 feet long by 15 feet wide

Great Room
The open floor plan of the Great Room, Dining Room and Kitchen, provide a place to gather as well as separation-- should you care for it--between the large Master Suite and the two guest rooms.

Dining area has enough comfortable seating for eight guests with beautiful expansive views of the sea

Enclosed Patio Area
Besides the private pool deck on the front side of the villa, you will also find this enclosed patio which opens off of the Great Room Kitchen area, affording guests yet another gathering location for cards or to barbecue dinner. The wall structure in the center of the patio houses the gas BBQ for grilling. The size of the patio and location can be seen in the floor plan or view photo from the air.

Primary Master Bedroom
Master Bedroom views of the swimming pool deck
The primary Master Bedroom suite is located on the east side of the villa just off the entry hall. King size bed with new designer bedding and matching window treatments. The primary Master Suite has an extra large bathroom containing a luxurious Jacuzzi tub with a private door leading to the swimming pool deck.

Primary Master Bathroom
The primary master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and two person walk in shower with double shower heads.
The primary Master bathroom is the pod on the very end and shows the door leading from the bath room to the pool deck. The next pod is the primary master bedroom, the third pod is the entry hall leading to the dining and kitchen areas.

The second guest bedroom is in the center of the villa located just off the great room area. This bedroom features a Queen size bed and has an adjoining bathroom.

Third Bedroom or Second Master Suite
The third guest bedroom is on the east side of the villa which is opposite the primary master bedroom suite. For two couples this bedroom can serve as another master suite as it has a separate entry with it's own private enclosed courtyard as well as an adjoining bathroom. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with two double sinks and French doors that lead out to the swimming pool deck.

Second Guest Bathroom
Second Guest Bathroom door to the left leads to a large walk in shower door to the right is to the water closet area.

The stairway to the beach is on the pool deck and is less than 20 yards from the semi-private beach. A diving buoy is in the distance for guests that plan to do a little scuba diving

Judith Fancy Estates - Gated Community
Breakers Villa is located in Judith Fancy Estates. As you can see from the photo all of the villa's have oceanfront views. Breakers villa is the fifth villa down (facing the ocean two vacant lots to the right of us and before you reach the last villa with the lime green roof). Sea Glass Villa is located directly next door (to the left of us facing the ocean). If you are evaluating other villa's in Judith Fancy please take note of how much closer Breakers & Sea Glass Villa are to the ocean as they were both grandfathered in and did not have set back restrictions like most of the other villas. What is typical in most of the other beachfront villa's in Judith Fancy can be seen in the vacation rental with the red tile roof. Most other villa sit up closer to the street and therefore do not have the same direct oceanfront feel as our two villa's.
