Weddings Rates for Use of Grounds
Guests that have booked a weeklong stay and would like to have small wedding reception or event on the premises will not be charged for the guests that are shown on the signed rental agreement plus 2 additional day guest visitors. In order to quality a guest must have ordered as least 3 bedrooms at Breakers villa. Beyond the guests shown on the rental agreement and two additional two day guest visitors we require a Use of Grounds Agreeement with an additional fee for use of the villa.
