Provisioning Service Information

We offer Provisioning Service as an amenity service for guests staying at Breakers Villa or Sea Glass Villa.  Our shopper will do everything we can to fulfill all the items shown on your shopping list.   Please remember that we are on an island and not everything may be available that you have listed on the shopping list.

Instructions for using the On Line Shopping List:  We have attempted to list the most popular items in recommended sizes.

1.  Click the check box next to the item you would like to order.

2.  If the item you are looking for is not shown then enter it in the category section below along with any changes to size and quantity.

3.  If you do not want approve substitutions you must clarify this to the shopper so the item will be purchased.

4.  Fees & Services:  The Provisioning Service Shopping Fee is $50.00/hr with a two hour minimum.

5.  In addition to reimbursement of grocery receipts an administrative and Processing Fee of 20% of the total bill will be charged to cover administrative and credit card merchant fees.

Provisioning Service Terms & Conditions

Provisioning Service Agreement:

I hereby authorize Vacation Holdings and or Breakers Partners, LLC  to charge my credit card that is currently on file for Provisioning Services outlined in the terms and conditions listed below and understand that charges to my cardholder account are considered final and any disputes will be governed by terms of this provisioning agreement.

1). I understand that the Provisioning fee will be $50.00/hr and that the shopper has a two hour minimum.  The provisioning service fee will cover the cost of shopping and transportation costs to and from the villa as well as stocking of the kitchen, refrigerator and freezer.  The provisioning service does not cover any preparation of food or food set up.

2). Shopping Reimbursement:  I agree to fully reimburse the shopper, Vacation Holdings, LLC and or Breakers PARTNERS, LLC  for all costs associated with shopping on my behalf.   Itemized receipts will be provided for audit purposes.  Absolutely no refunds will be granted for any items purchased by the shopper.

3). Processing Fee:  In addition to shopping reimbursement and the $50.00/hr provisioning fee a Administrative fee of 20% of the total invoice will be charged to cover the costs of coordination, telephone and email communication and fees associated with processing my credit card.  If paying by check, money order or a cashier check the processing fee will be reduced by 2.5% of the total bill.
